Our Story
Madalena and Cecil founded Luso Superhost driven by a shared passion for hospitality, tourism, and exceptional guest experiences.
With over a decade of experience in marketing and property management, Madalena brings a strategic and operational edge to every project. Cecil began his journey in short-term rentals more than 15 years ago, hosting his first Airbnb in Vienna and gaining firsthand knowledge of what makes a property truly stand out.
Together, they have invested in real estate themselves and navigated every step required to manage properties successfully - from market research and setup to optimization and guest relations. Their combined experience fuels their commitment to helping property owners achieve real, sustainable success in the real estate and short-term rental market.
